Fernleigh is a charming period property in the heart of Georgeham, the circa 18th Century cottage is a calm and tranquil home with plenty of outdoor space for enjoying sunny days and evenings. An ideal property for older family groups or couples. The village of Georgeham has 2 great award winning pubs and a well stocked village store/post office, all within five minutes walk of the house. The beautiful Croyde Bay, Woolacombe Bay and Saunton Sands are all within a ten minute drive and the stunning Putsborough Beach is a pleasant twenty minute walk or few minutes drive.
Fernleigh offers accommodation for six people in three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located within the main property and share a family bathroom; a double and a superking/twin. The third room is in a separate annexe "the donkey shed" to the rear of the house and has an en-suite wc/shower room.
